What you will learn
- How to lose body fat, not weight – there’s a big difference! You’ll learn how to keep hold of muscle which is what will change your shape.
- Become crystal clear on simple and science-backed ways to lose and maintain your weight loss.
- You’ll realise that you don’t need to do punishing workouts to get results. A lot of my clients simply increase their daily steps and do no extra exercise.
- How to eat to lose weight without feeling hungry (or depriving yourself of the occasional treats).
- I’ll teach you how to include foods you enjoy into your diet and why this is so important for weight maintenance.
- You’ll feel positive changes to your health – you’ll notice you feel better even when losing just a small % of fat.

However, as a personal trainer, I’m equipped to design and customise exercise plans to suit your hectic schedule should you want this.

Who is this for?
- Women who want to break free of yoyo dieting and learn a sustainable approach to losing body fat based on science.
- You want to lose a minimum of 6-8lbs
- You’re committed and motivated to improve your health and weight loss goals.
- You have realistic expectations – I want you to lose fat and not weight, you must be open to learning that losing 10lb a week in dieting club is not fat. True fat loss takes time but you can still achieve great results even in 6 weeks.
- You can work self-sufficiently – you must be able to work through the videos and implement the advice. You get support inside the group environment, but this isn’t on to support.
- Open to coaching and guidance – you must be open minded and willing to listen, ask questions and follow the recommendations I provide.
- Willingness to make SMALL changes to your lifestyle (I promise, this will not require you to turn your life upside down).
- Resilience – there will be ups and downs and setbacks, you must be able to bounce back from temporary setbacks (e.g. when the scales fluctuate).
- Accountability and adherence – you’re committed to tracking your progress by logging food and step intake etc.
- Comfortable using technology and able to download the Trainerize app (although I do provide you with instructions on how to do this.

Most frequent questions and answers
The Facebook group is there as peer support and encouragement, it’s not essential. You have the option of zoom calls each week if you want to speak to me face to face. You will have access to me through the app so I will check-in with you through that and be able to monitor your progress through there.
So just to clarify, while the Facebook group and zoom calls are there as an additional support – the part to focus on is the educational video’s on the app, along with my personalised guidance. The information I pass on, is what will take you from being stuck to moving along with your weight loss journey.
This varies with each intake. I ask clients the best day and time and go with the majority can make so I try to be as accommodating as I can.
Also, if you can’t make it I can still answer your question and send a recording of the call to you.
No, this is a group programme and is suited to those who can work through information at their own pace.
You can communicate with me through Trainerize app (or Facebook group) if you have any questions.
Or, you can attend the live zoom sessions which are bi-weekly.
It can be more challenging to reach protein goals but with some additional planning, it’s definitely possible.
I have coached clients who are mainly plant-based and have done really well. So the answer is no it wouldn’t be a problem.
Yes absolutely, most of my clients are in their 40s and 50s. Being peri menopausal doesn’t stop you from losing weight though it’s more challenging because of the symptoms. E.g. fatigue
Fat loss is controlled through your nutrition and overall movement (step count).
It’s not compulsory to follow an exercise plan though I do recommend this for health reasons.
I’ve had clients who have done no exercise because of health reasons and still got great results.
