Meet Claire Greenhouse
Hello, I’m Claire a personal trainer, nutrition coach and business owner from Caerphilly, South Wales.
I specialise in helping women in their 40’s who have struggled with yoyo dieting or where hormones are impacting weight loss.
My background and career has been quite the adventure, from working in professional sport settings to the charity sector.
During lockdown, my life changed, my lovely niece was born (she’s a handful haha) and I was also made redundant from my job.
I decided to use the opporuntity to retrain and go back into the health and fitness sector and completed my Level 4 in Nutrition Coaching and this is what I love doing.
When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family and explore different places.
We love to cruise and have a caravan down Devon so you’ll usually find us on a beach.
My ethos and philosophy to nutrition
I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition – life is for living and restrictive ‘diets’ are not the solution.
I prioritise genuine fat loss over mere weight reduction and teach you what you need to do to look after your health as you age.
I’m guided by evidence-based practices, I’ll show you what’s realistic and backed by science.
I have a passion for working with:
Women who are going through hormonal changes and find that what used to work, no longer is when it comes to losing weight.
Yoyo dieters who are targeted by diet culture and are confused about nutrition and at a loss of what to do next.
Those aiming to shed a significant amount of weight and have an urgency to want to change their health situation.
I know how hard women in their 40s have it when it comes to juggling their careers and family life so if this is you, you are exactly who I want to help.

- YMCA Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (also included Kettlebell and Suspended Movement)
- Gym instructor NVQ Level 2
- OCR Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Exercise and Fitness
