Meet Claire Greenhouse

I’m a nutrition coach and personal trainer, based in Caerphilly, South Wales, working with women across the UK through online coaching.

I help women over 40 break free from the all or nothing cycle of dieting, emotional eating, and feeling stuck in their body.

With a background in professional sport and a Level 4 qualification in nutrition coaching, I combine evidence based strategies with real life coaching that fits your lifestyle.

My focus is on sustainable fat loss, habit change, and helping you build a healthier relationship with food.

I’ve helped women achieve lasting results, with clients regularly losing 1–1.5 stone in 90 days while improving confidence, consistency, and long term habits.

This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s structured, personalised coaching built around you.

My mission is to help women lose fat, feel stronger, and stay consistent without extreme dieting or restriction.

My ethos and philosophy to nutrition

I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition – life is for living and restrictive ‘diets’ are not the solution.

I prioritise genuine fat loss over mere weight reduction and teach you what you need to do to look after your health as you age.

I’m guided by evidence-based practices, I’ll show you what’s realistic and backed by science.

I have a passion for working with:

Yoyo dieters who are targeted by diet culture and are confused about nutrition and at a loss of what to do next.
